Upon Customer Completion of the Savvy Renter Tenancy Certificate, real estate agencies and landlords will be able to register with SavvyRenter. When registered agent/landlord check the Certificate Code, the customers name will appear to verify the Certificate is genuine and issued by Savvy Renter Pty LTD.

It is the responsibility of business members or stakeholders viewing outcomes of the certificate verification search, to alert SavvyRenter Pty LTD, if a different name appears with the Certificate Code, compared to name and codes appearing in the Certificate. This is to protect the privacy of customers and immediately holt any forged or stolen documentation of the customer. Stakeholder’s privacy is held at the highest regard by SavvyRenter Pty LTD. If you believe any creation through SavvyRenter Pty LTD has been misused, forged or stolen please alert SavvyRenter Pty LTD immediately.
